What are Crow's Feet?
Crow’s feet are small wrinkles that appear around the eye, starting at the outer corner of the eye. Left untreated, the wrinkles can increase in length a severity into the upper cheek area. Many people associate this condition with aging. People that have crow’s feet around their eyes are often bothered by these wrinkles.
causes ofCrow’s Feet
The primary cause for crow’s feet is repetitive movement in the muscles surrounding the eyes, along with exposure to UVA sunlight causing a breakdown of the collagen in the skin. Sunlight ages the skin, and it encourages people to squint, wrinkling the skin around their eyes. People who sleep on their stomach or side may also notice deeper crow’s feet wrinkles from their pillow pressing on the skin.
